Shipping Info

Products ordered through our website will ship via several possible methods including Fedex, UPS, and US Postal. The freight total that you see in your shopping cart is calculated using the approximate weight of the goods in your order. In the case of oversized items dimensional weight may be used instead of actual weight. We reserve the right to ship your order via an alternative method than you selected as long as it is equivalent or faster. This allows us to upgrade your shipping free of charge or use a carrier that we feel better serves your geographic location.

Most items that are in stock at the time of your order will ship within 1 business day.

We will contact you if an item you ordered is going to fall outside of standard lead times.

Can I get my product by Overnight or 2-Day Air Service?
Absolutely, but we highly recommend that you call us first to confirm the item is in stock and can ship readily. Our stock levels can change quickly due to large customer orders. If you need an order to ship the same day please try to call us before 1:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes. We are proud to offer free shipping on most orders of $99 or more(placed online). This applies only to orders shipping to the lower 48 states and excludes some very heavy or oversized items like bulky machines, some aerosols, and similar oversized items. Orders placed via any other method(NOT online) are granted free shipping if they contain all qualifying items and are shipping by an economy method(2-7 days delivery time to lower 48 states). In cases that do not meet the criteria we will ship via the most efficient method.

What if I have other questions about Free Shipping?
We highly encourage you to call or email us with questions on shipping or anything else that relates to our products. With constantly rising fuel costs shipping rules can be tricky, but we also strive to serve our customers as best we can.

Returns

All standard stock items can be returned within 30 days of shipment from CAP Hardware Supply. Items must be in 100% resellable condition with no signs of wear or use. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges unless the return is a direct result of the seller's error. The customer will be credited for the original purchase amount less freight after a CAP Hardware Supply employee has received the RMA merchandise and inspected it. If the return is a result of an error made by CAP Hardware Supply then 100% of the purchase price, return shipping, and original shipping will be credited to the customer after merchandise has been inspected.

You may either call or email us to begin the return process. No returns will be accepted without first contacting our customer service representatives.

Some items are considered non-standard or non-stock and therefore are not returnable except in case of defect. These include, but are not limited to:

Welded Band Saw Blades(defective welds however WILL be repaired or replaced for free)
Military or Aerospace grade fasteners
Measuring tools and Power tools(must be Unopened in order to return)
Large machines and equipment
