Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes.
We are proud to offer free shipping on most orders of $199 or
more(placed online). This applies only to orders shipping to the lower
48 states and excludes some very heavy or oversized items like machines,
some aerosols, extra long levels and similar items. Orders placed via
any other method(NOT online) are not guaranteed free shipping - though
we do encourage you to ask - this is mainly because there are many items
we do not sell on the website but do sell by other methods.
What Shipping method is used for "Free Shipping"
Free shipping is generally sent by a ground method of our choice. This includes, but is not limited to, Fedex Ground, UPS Ground, and USPS Parcel post. We reserve the right to change our free shipping method at any time. Remember that you always have the right to pay for an expedited shipping method if your order requires a very quick turnaround time.
How long does free shipping generally take?
Generally the ground methods used will require 2-8 business days in transit depending on your distance from the shipping point. Remember to allow 1-2 business days handling time for your stock orders and more time if your item is out of stock.
What if I have other questions about Free Shipping?
We
highly encourage you to call or email us with questions on shipping or
anything else that relates to our products. With constantly rising fuel
costs shipping rules can be tricky, but we also strive to serve our

Shipping
Products ordered through our website will generally ship via Fedex, US Postal and UPS. The freight total that you see in your shopping cart is calculated using the approximate weight of the products and packaging. Most orders over $99 ship free to the lower 48 states. The exceptions to this are large or heavy items such as machinery. If you have specific questions or arrangements for shipping please contact us by email or phone.
